- Lead Forms: Name, email address, phone number, and Zip/Postal code for service estimates.
- Comments: When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address, and browser user agent string to help with spam detection. An anonymized string (hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service (Privacy Policy).
- Media: If you upload images to the website, avoid images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as visitors can download and extract this data.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data strictly for business purposes:
- Providing fixed-price quotes and scheduling consultations.

We do not sell your data. We only share information with trusted partners (e.g., licensed tradespeople) as necessary to complete your contracted renovation. If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

6. Your Rights Over Your Data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments/submitted a lead form, you can request an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data. This does not include data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
